On September 13, the Kuala Lumpur Metro Line 2 Track and Maintenance Vehicle Project was awarded the OSH Management Gold Award issued by the 15th Malaysian Occupational Safety and Health Practitioners Association (hereinafter referred to as MOSHPA). The project leader Shi Bingfeng won the Individual Excellence Award. Dato' Sri Omar - Vice Minister of the Department of Human Resources of Malaysia, Mustapa - Director-general of Occupational Safety and Health Council of Malaysia and other officials attended the ceremony and handed awards to the winners. Afterwards, the project staff put its signature on the security commitment wall and took a group photo.
MOSHPA is a professional association recognized by Malaysian government agencies and social security organizations, and is the most authoritative security audit organization in Malaysia. It comprises of experts from several organizations, including the Department of Occupational Safety and Health of Malaysia, the International Occupational Health and Safety Association, the Labour Bureau of Malaysia and the Social Security Organization. It is responsible for carrying out audit work on all companies or projects concerning occupational safety and health in Malaysia.
Since its start-up, the project department of Kuala Lumpur Metro Line 2 Track and Maintenance Vehicle Project has strictly implemented and carried out the standardized management requirements for occupational health and safety management in Malaysia, promoted a high-level localized management and standard internal business data management, and ensured that civilized construction at the construction site meet the standards and achieve tangible results in various HSE management work. Hence, the department earned the praise of all members of the review group. After a multi-level review, the project was selected from 48 companies and projects to win the OSH Management Gold Award for track engineering construction.
This award helps to build CHEC’s brand image, which lays a foundation for her to continue develop the market in Malaysia.
